Calling All Kindergarten-2nd Graders!
is the place for you this summer!
Troupe level is for those students who will have just completed grades K-2. In Troupe, learning about theater and character goes hand in hand with playing. We learn about theater, dance, and vocals as a big group and small group rotations. In our main stage show, campers learn to perform as part of a cast, putting the off-stage virtues we learn about during the camp day into practice on stage.
Join us this summer!
Directors: Allison Friedrich and Tori Friedrich
Show: “Upside Down Town!”
Days: Monday-Friday, June 5th – June 16th

Meet the Troupe Staff:
Allison Friedrich – Allison is blessed to be a stay-at-home mom to her 3 children, ages 9, 7, and 5. Even though she’s not currently using her degree in music education, she enjoys subbing in her kids’ school district during the school year. She also works as an event coordinator at a church in Blue Springs. She is the co-writer of four musicals geared towards the 5-8 year old set (and used in Troupe camp!) and loves that she has spent the last 16 summers at camp doing what she loves best – encouraging and cultivating the talents of young people.
Tori Friedrich – Outside of camp, Tori loves her job writing Language Arts curriculum, but not as much as she loves being with her husband and three little boys. Before having children, she taught music in K-8 classrooms. She has co-written four elementary-age musicals with her co-director, Allison, and considers camp the best part of her year!
